Description

This course is designed for Partners and End-Users with administrative responsibilities for their own or their customer's Avaya IP Office Communication System. It is a high-level overview that will demonstrate configuring the basic IP Office system settings, user configurations, and troubleshooting tools such as monitor and system status.

Course Topics

Synnex will provide an Engineer to remotely conduct an online basic administration class on Avaya IP Office:

  • One (1) session, up to four (4) hours;
  • Customer may modify the topics to be included provided the time required to cover the topics does not exceed the time allotted;
  • Suggested Topics include:
    • Connecting to the IP Office
    • Users – Adding, deleting, or modifying
    • Extensions – changing existing extension numbers
    • Hunt Groups – Adding, deleting, or modifying
    • Incoming Call Routes - Adding, deleting, or modifying
    • Time Profiles - Adding, deleting, or modifying
    • User Rights - Adding, deleting, or modifying
    • Automatic Route Selection - Adding, deleting, or modifying
  • Opportunities to ask environment specific questions will be provided.
