Basic System Administration of Avaya Equinox for Windows and Mobile

This course is designed for Partners and End-Users with administrative responsibilities for their own or their customer's Avaya Equinox software. It is a high-level overview that will demonstrate configuring the basic application settings and user configurations.

Synnex will provide an Engineer to remotely conduct an online basic administration class on Avaya Equinox for Windows and Mobile:

• One (1) session, up to two (2) hours;
• Customer may modify the topics to be included provided the time required to cover the topics does not exceed the time allotted;
• Suggested Topics include:
• Installing the applications
• Configuring users in IP Office
• Overview of network configuration requirements
• Configuring applications
• Available features
• Configuring features
• Opportunities to ask environment specific questions will be provided.

Note:  This is a basic introduction to administering the Avaya Equinox applications.  It is not a manufacturer authorized training course and is not intended to cover all aspects of the solution.  Synnex is an Authorized Training Center for Avaya and can provide complete training courses for an additional fee.

Note: This course does not include configuring Avaya (Zang) Spaces or implementation of SSL certificates.
