Description
This course is designed for Partners and End-Users with administrative responsibilities for their own or their customer's Avaya IP Office Communication System. It is a high-level overview that will demonstrate configuring the basic Contact Center system settings, Users, Agent Groups, Topics, Profiles, Authorizations, Permissions, Reporting, Real Time Statistics, and User Interface Editor.
Course Topics
Synnex will provide an Engineer to remotely conduct an online basic administration class on Avaya IP Office Contact Center:
- One (1) session, up to four (4) hours;
- Customer may modify the topics to be included provided the time required to cover the topics does not exceed the time allotted;
- Suggested Topics include:
- IPOCC UI
- Login
- Basic telephony functions
- Building users, profiles, agent groups and topics
- Setting authorities and permissions
- Creating generic UI interface profiles
- Assigned UI profiles, agent groups and topics
- Creating telephony call flows (no skill-based routing or database integration)
- Creating IVRs (import IVRs only, no custom)
- Creating dialer campaigns and importing dialers
- IPOCC WebUI
- Login
- Placing calls
- Answering calls
- IPOCC WebLM
- Applying licenses and viewing license capacity
- Opportunities to ask environment specific questions will be provided.
