Description
This course is designed for Partners and End-Users with administrative responsibilities for their own or their customer's Avaya IP Office Communication System. It is a high-level overview of One-X Portal Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
Course Topics
Synnex will provide an Engineer to remotely conduct an online basic administration class on Avaya One-X Portal:
- One (1) session, up to three (3) hours;
- Customer may modify the topics to be included provided the time required to cover the topics does not exceed the time allotted;
- Suggested Topics include:
- Overview of tabs in interface;
- Checking system health;
- Identifying system issues;
- Enabling access to One-X Portal;
- What is in configuration;
- Retrieving log files;
- IM archives and searching;
- Monitoring web conferences;
- Opportunities to ask environment specific questions will be provided.
