Basic System Administration of Avaya One-X Portal

This course is designed for Partners and End-Users with administrative responsibilities for their own or their customer's Avaya IP Office Communication System. It is a high-level overview of One-X Portal Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.

Synnex will provide an Engineer to remotely conduct an online basic administration class on Avaya One-X Portal:

• One (1) session, up to three (3) hours;
• Customer may modify the topics to be included provided the time required to cover the topics does not exceed the time allotted;
• Suggested Topics include:
• Overview of tabs in interface;
• Checking system health;
• Identifying system issues;
• Enabling access to One-X Portal;
• What is in configuration;
• Retrieving log files;
• IM archives and searching;
• Monitoring web conferences;
• Opportunities to ask environment specific questions will be provided.

Note:  This is a basic introduction to administering the Avaya One-X Portal solution.  It is not a manufacturer authorized training course and is not intended to cover all aspects of the solution.  Synnex is an Authorized Training Center for Avaya and can provide complete training courses for an additional fee.
