Basic System Administration of Avaya Session Border Controller

This course is designed for Partners and End-Users with administrative responsibilities for their own or their customer's Avaya Session Border Controller. It is a high-level overview that will demonstrate managing system settings, user configurations, and basic troubleshooting.

Synnex will provide an Engineer to remotely conduct an online basic administration class on Avaya Session Border Controller:

• One (1) session, up to four (4) hours;
• Customer may modify the topics to be included provided the time required to cover the topics does not exceed the time allotted;
• Suggested Topics include:
• Accessing the solution;
• Interpreting SIP trunk configuration;
• Remote user configuration;
• Accessing and viewing error logs;
• Overview of troubleshooting process;
• Opportunities to ask environment specific questions will be provided.

Note:  This is a basic introduction to administering the Avaya Session Border Controller.  It is not a manufacturer authorized training course and is not intended to cover all aspects of the solution.  Synnex is an Authorized Training Center for Avaya and can provide complete training courses for an additional fee.
